Free & Standard Delivery
At HerbalGo, we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £79.
For orders under £79, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Fast Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 1–3 working days, provided it is placed before 12:00pm.
All deliveries are handled by our trusted partner, DPD, known for reliable and timely service.
Shipping & Processing Timelines
We follow Herbalife’s official order processing standards to ensure efficiency and consistency:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually sent to the warehouse the same day and often shipped out that day.

Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next business day, and typically dispatched that day.

Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note: During holidays, weekends, or peak times (e.g., month-end), minor delays may occur.
